Mangotsfield Sort It recycling centre will be closed for 5 weeks for essential repairs and maintenance.
The three other Sort It recycling centres will be open from 8.30am to 4.30pm everyday as usual. However, they will be much busier with queues likely at any time of the day.
Residents are advised to delay unnecessary trips to recycling centres during the closure.
If you need to use a recycling centre, please sort your waste, remove any recycling from bags of mixed waste and make sure your vehicle is registered before you visit.
The site in Little Stoke has a height barrier, no access for trailers and cannot accept some materials. None of the Sort It recycling centres can accept waste from businesses or commercial activity at any time.
